#CustomizableThe workshops in this series explore sustainability as a dynamic and context-specific practice, supporting organizations in identifying, questioning, and overcoming their sustainability challenges. The course involves collaborative sessions with multiple stakeholders to deconstruct existing assumptions and rebuild sustainability paradigms based on shared knowledge, operational realities, and emerging ecological frameworks. Through analytical and creative methodologies, participants engage with their organization’s systems, cultures, and material flows to uncover opportunities for transformation.
Learning objectives:

- Identify key environmental, material, and cultural challenges specific to the organization
- Analyze material flows, resource use, and waste generation across operations
- Develop strategies to reduce, reuse, and recirculate resources within the organization
- Co-create tools and frameworks to support long-term sustainable decision-making
Outcomes may include sustainability diagnostics, material flow analyses, sustainability navigation charts, corporate culture manifestos, strategic roadmaps, and creative interventions aimed at reducing, reusing, and recycling resources.
